Could you be the next Driving Instructor with Compass ProDrive?

We are looking for a qualified/newly qualified Driving Instructor to become part of a family run and established driving school within Edinburgh and Fife. Compass ProDrive started off as a small company which has now developed into an ambitious tight knit school, looking to maintain our focus on pupil development and individual progression.

We are looking for a hard-working individual who is self-motivated and able to inspire students who wish to pass their driving test and further their driving abilities. The successful candidate must prioritise an excellent standard in teaching and pass rates, with a focus on self-development, and support our clients with a strong sense of patience and knowledge.

We pride ourselves on establishing good relationships with our customers in order to provide a positive, fun and challenging learning environment that epitomises our values and vision for our company.

Instructor Outlook:

  • A qualified/newly qualified driving instructor with an ADI qualification.

  • Be an integral part of developing a family run venture.

  • Become part of an established Edinburgh Driving School

  • Provide your own car; no particular model will be required.

  • Self employed

  • To be part of Compass Pro Drive a £75 weekly payment staged over six weeks is required.

What We Will Provide:

  • We will offer five weeks holiday. Franchise to be taken as and when requested.

  • Staged franchise until the diary is at least half workable.

  • Arrange and pay for the full livery on the car.

  • We will offer pupils regularly (part of franchise.)

  • Provide marketing, website and social media support.

  • Provide regular training and support.

  • Provide welcome and exit/pass packages.

  • Basic expected yearly earnings £30-£47k p/a
